About this mini symposium: Somatic Variant Analysis

One of the fastest developing topics within bioinformatics and biodata analysis is the field of Cancer Genomics and Somatic Variant Analysis. To stay informed and learn new possibilities, the Radboudumc Technology Center Bioinformatics organizes an afternoon symposium with regards to this subject. During this symposium several high-impact researchers from both inside and outside the Radboudumc will present the current state-of-the-art and the future direction of the technology. The symposium is aimed at any researchers, bioinformatics developers and clinicians that are interested in or already work with somatic mutations, cancer and tumor genomics data.
