RTC Microscopy Online Course Image Analysis with FIJI

This two day online course is aimed at providing you with a solid basis for image analysis.

Course topics include: imaging pitfalls, image preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction, image analysis automation (Fiji macro scripting) and more.
