This 2 day course is aimed at providing you with a solid basis for microscopicalimage acquisition. During this course, you will learn severalmicroscope techniques for studying biological processes in cells. The courseconsists of lectures in the morning explaining the principles and applications of fluorescence imaging techniques, which will be followed in the afternoon by hands-on practicals. The course will cover widefieldfluorescence techniques, confocallaser scanning microscopy, superresolutionmicroscopy, and fluorescence based readouts like FCS, FRET, FLIM and FRAP/FLIP.
Costs for the course are 250 euro, lunch will be provided.
