Esther Willems PhD candidate

Working on the PERFORM project, which is a collaboration between the laboratory of Pediatric Infectious Diseases and the TML proteomics group and part of a large H2020 consortium aiming to improve diagnosis and management of febrile patients. Esther is focusing on discovery and verification of biomarkers for bacterial infections using targeted mass spectrometry, starting with complement proteins.
