Joanna in 't Houts key research interest lies in personalized healthcare. Specifically, she is interested in methodology for prediction models and meta-analysis. In prediction, her interest is in dynamic prediction, leading to individual predictions that are updated if new data on a patient become available. In meta-analysis, she is especially interested in meta-analyses of individual patient data. In addition, she is involved in a wide range of consultancy projects, and has ample experience with design and analysis of clinical trials.
Through the Radboudumc Technology Center for Biostatistics researchers have access to collaboration with a specialist statisticians who are able to keep up with fast-moving developments in the relevant area.
