About
Mark Janssen (1967) has been a member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Radboud university medical center since March 2020. Previously he was a member of the Board of Directors of Franciscus Gasthuis & Vlietland (since 2014).
Mark Janssen studied Business Economics at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and Business Administration at Erasmus University. For several years he worked as a management consultant and later as a managing partner of a consultancy firm. It was in the context of that agency that he became acquainted with healthcare. In 2005 he made the transition to management in healthcare, successively acting as director of the West Frisian care organization Omring (2005-2009), Zonnehuisgroep Vlaardingen and the nation-wide Zonnehuisgroep (2009-2014), and the Franciscus Gasthuis & Vlietland (2014-2020).
