Valentina Carotti PhD candidate

Valentina Carotti obtained her master's degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology at the University of Florence in 2017. She performed her MSc thesis at the Genetic department of Meyer Hospital (Florence); during this internship she focused on the study of genetic hereditary tubulopathies. In September 2017 Valentina performed an internship at the department of Physiology at Radboudumc. Currently, Valentina is working as a RIMLS PhD Student in the Ion Transport group. The aim of the project is to study the electrolyte transport properties of human kidney organoids.
