Erasmus+ grants

  • If you are interested in study or research at a university in Europe, you may be eligible for an Erasmus+ grant, subject to certain conditions. International students who are registered at Radboud University Nijmegen can also participate in this program.
  • The allocation of the Erasmus+ grant is administered through the Radboud University International Office.
  • Erasmus+ grants are available for study or (research)internship purposes within the EU.
  • For internships all EU destinations are possible, even independent research institutes. In other words, it is not necessary for the institute that you wish to visit to be connected to a university.
  • For study you can make use of the available (bio)medical contracts of our faculty with other universities in the EU.
  • For internships the minimum period is 2 full calendar months, the maximum 12 months within one academic year. For courses the minimum period is 3 months and the maximum 12 months. You can make multiple uses of Erasmus+ during every cycle of your education (Bsc, Msc, PhD), each time up to the maximum of 12 months.
