RTC Light Microscopy Course 2-day course on microscopy & bio-imaging

This 2-day course provides you with a solid basis on microscopy and bio-imaging and is highly recommended if you already use or expect to use microscopy for your project. You will learn the principles of various microscope techniques for studying biological processes in cells including widefield and confocal microscopy. Participants will further be familiarized with the applications of multiphoton microscopy, light sheet microscopy, real-time quantitative live cell imaging (Incucyte), super resolution microscopy and multicolor tissue slide imaging (Vectra). The course includes lectures from experienced microscopists as well as hands-on sessions/ demonstrations of various imaging setups across campus.
