Type of department
We distinguish between science and medical departments.
The science departments are home to researchers who contribute to research and education but who do not have a patient care role. These departments are also home to research support staff.
Medical departments are home to academic healthcare professionals such as medical specialists, technical physicians and clinical physicists. These departments have a primary focus on patient care, but also house researchers.
