Everyone who uses a medicine must be able to trust it. That's what over 500 employees of the Medicines Evaluation Board (MEB) work on every day, both in the Netherlands and across Europe. We assess the efficacy and safety of medicines for humans and animals to determine whether they are eligible for market approval. After approval, we also closely monitor all risks and side effects of a medicine. Good medicines, used correctly. That's the core of our work!
