RTC Light Microscopy Course Image Analysis with FIJI

This two-day course is aimed at providing you with a solid basis for image analysis. Course topics include: imaging pitfalls, image preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction, image analysis automation (Fiji macro scripting) and more. Next to theoretical lectures, a large part of the course consists of applying your newly acquired skills.
