It’s September again! The start of the academic year marks the arrival -and return- of many young fresh minds to the campus. Ready to absorb new knowledge and experiences. Full of questions, motivations, ideals.

But where would all this go without our great teachers, mentors and supervisors? They are role models that inspire these young minds to strive for excellence and stay curious. Because we all need a small push sometimes, don’t we?

Does your supervisor make the lab or department THE place to be? Does he or she have a sixth sense for your bad days? Are your crazy ideas always forgiven? Then surely they deserve a big thank you too.
We’ll take care of this: The Supervisor of the Year contest is back! You’ve got until November to think of all the reasons why he or she is a real superhero, and choose the three best ones.
