The Radboudumc participates in a national research study within universities and medical faculties to find out more about the working conditions and satisfaction among postdoctoral researchers. You can contribute.

The Radboudumc wants to use the outcomes of the inquiry to improve working conditions of postdocs. The Radboudumc Postdoc Initiative (RPI) supports the research and hopes that postdocs complete the survey in the official invitation below before the 14th of June. The survey will only take about 10 minutes of your time.

Dear postdocs at Radboud University and Radboudumc,

On behalf of the Radboud University and RUMC we are conducting a study on the topic of the working conditions and career satisfaction of postdoctoral researchers within Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen and Radboudumc. This is part of larger research among all postdocs in the Netherlands. With this research we aim to increase our understanding of the current postdocs in order to improve your employment situation and get more insights into the support you require. And with this research we offer the Radboud University and Radboudumc knowledge and suggestions to improve the working conditions and career possibilities for postdoctoral researchers. That’s why your opinion is important! We are carrying out this research as a collaboration between the VU Amsterdam and the University of Leiden.

In order to collect the necessary data, we have designed a survey aimed at all postdocs in the Netherlands. Therefore, we would like to kindly request you to complete the survey on the next link
