4 June 2020

As of 1 June, policy with respect to visits to the Radboudumc by external monitors for human-related scientific research has been adapted:

  • As of 1 June 2020, external monitors will be allowed access to the Radboud University Medical Center under the following conditions:
    • All applicable Radboudumc rules of conduct are observed.
    • The monitor’s workplace is located in a part of the Radboud University Medical Center where there is no patient traffic.
    • Monitor visit reporting will not take place on site, but in digital form (i.e. via e-mail or teleconference), as to keep visits as short as possible.
  • Where possible and sufficient, visits to the Radboudumc must be replaced by other contact forms.
  • Internal monitoring activities can be carried out remotely, where possible.
We refer to the IQS for the complete Policy guideline scientific research involving humans in the Radboud University Medical Center at the time of the COVID-19 outbreak.
