Were you born between 1985 and 2000 and do you recognize one or more of the following points:

  • the feeling of being in a rat race
  • Dealing with stress of choice
  • Searching for a deeper meaning in your work?
  • Struggling with ambitions and career opportunities that match your ambitions?
  • and striving for the perfect picture?

Then you are the Millennial for whom we are opening a digital café. We invite you to exchange your thoughts about this with colleagues in an informal setting and to look together at how the Radboudumc can support you in this. Our career advisors Claire Engels and Joanneke van den Berg will start the session with a short explanation of the Millennials phenomenon (what moves you, what makes you happy and what keeps you awake?). Then you and your colleagues will discuss the topics you find important at different tables. Claire and Joanneke conclude with useful tips and tricks that you can continue, now or in the future.

What’s in it for you?

You get inspiration, recognize patterns, share your concerns with like-minded people and make a plan to deal with them. Claire and Joanneke explain how you can discuss matters with your supervisor/trainer and give tips for your follow-up.

With your ideas and suggestions the Radboudumc will work to create a vital and healthy workplace for Millennials.

Form

Via Wonder Me. In an online session (there is room for up to 10 participants per session), join 3 digital tables to engage with other millennials on topics that affect you. After registering, you will receive a link for participation.
