Early bird discount:
If you apply before 1 April 2017 you will receive a discount on your course fee.
10% discount for all participants
25% discount for students and PhD candidates from Radboud University and partner universities.
Fees can vary per course. The course fees include the registration fee, course materials, access to library and IT facilities, coffee/tea, lunch and a number of social activities.
What is not included in the course fee?
The fee does not include accommodation, travel costs, dinner, insurance and other costs.
PhD candidates and Summer Schools
Extra EU- funding for PhD candidates to take summer schools! Up to now the Erasmus programme 2016-2017 makes it possible for PhD candidates to get funding for participating in summer schools. The only requirement is that the PhD candidates will have an official position as employee at their home university, that is based in an EU country. For more information about this Erasmus+ Staff Training possibility please contact the International office of your university.
Fixed price for accommodation
If you need accommodation, please indicate this on the online application form. The prices of the rooms differs per accommodation.
