Thijs Eijsvogels - Received the New Investigator Award

During the 64th annual meeting of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Thijs Eijsvogels received the New Investigator Award from Dr Tongjian You.

The New Investigator Award recognizes a young researcher with outstanding professional achievements that fosters the future of exercise science and sports medicine. Thijs presented an overview of his work entitled “Can Extreme Exercise Hurt The Heart?” and showed the latest findings of his Marie Curie project during a poster session.
