Merel Ritskes-Hoitinga has been appointed Honorary Skou Professor in Evidence-Based Laboratory Animal Science at Aarhus University from 2018-2023.
With the title Aarhus University wishes to honour the internationally highly esteemed research and to foster closer ties between our two universities, which are both a member of the Guild of universities.
The title was created in honour of Nobel Laureate Prof. Jens Chr. Skou (1918-2018) with the aim of recognizing the importance of international research collaboration.
