8 September 2026

The Radboud Young Academy has welcomed six new members for 2026. Three of them are researchers from Radboudumc: Eline van Hugte, postdoc and affiliated with the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour; Victoria Luna Velez, researcher in Talent Track 1 at Radboudumc; and Barbora Rehák Bučková, postdoc and affiliated with the Donders Institute.

The Radboud Young Academy brings together early-career academics from across Radboud University and Radboudumc. Its members promote interdisciplinary collaboration, contribute to discussions on academic culture, education, science and societal impact, and advise the Executive Boards and other university bodies.

They join current members from our research community including Tim Pelle, Guido van Mierlo, Felix Hol, Florian Krause, Britta Westner, Mani Diba and Carolina Andrade.

At the same time, Jeanette Mostert completes her membership of the Radboud Young Academy. During her term, she chaired the RYA Open Science working group. We thank her for her contribution.

The next call for new RYA members is expected in spring 2027.
