RTC Light Microscopy Course Image Analysis with FIJI

About This two-day course is aimed at providing you with a solid basis for image analysis. Course topics include: imaging pitfalls, image preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction, image analysis automation (Fiji macro scripting) and more. Next to theoretical lectures, a large part of the course consists of applying your newly acquired skills.

• • The course will only continue with 10 applications or more
• • All course materials, including image test sets to work on are provided via SURFfilesender
• • The course will be in person and includes lunch on both days
