Deciphering T-cell receptor (TCR) specificity relies on understanding their three-dimensional (3D) structures. However, even in the post-AlphaFold era, modeling TCR–peptide–MHC complexes remains a major challenge. The Structural Bioinformatics Lab at Radboudumc is proud to host a Computational Structural Immunology Symposium, to foster interdisciplinary dialogue among experts in T-cell immunity, geometric deep learning, and protein structure modeling, advancing our ability to predict T cell specificity and beyond.
Confirmed on-site speakers: Alexandre Bonvin (UU), Sonja Buschow (Erasmus MC), Monica Fernández-Quintero (Scripps), David Gfeller (UNIL), Jian Huang (UEST of China), Hashem Koohy (Oxford), Heather Melichar (McGill), Artem Moskalev (Johnson & Johnson), Danny Sahtoe (Hubrecht), Anne Vangone (Roche), Timo van den Berg (Byondis), Li Xue (Radboudumc), Vincent Zoete (UNIL)
