Symptoms of depression are common and have a significant impact on people's daily lives and their surroundings. Lifestyle changes, such as increased physical activity, a healthy diet, or social interactions, can help improve these symptoms. However, addressing lifestyle factors in the case of depression is challenging. We still don’t fully understand the best ways to assist people in this area. Therefore, we have developed an app and aim to investigate whether this app can help individuals experiencing depressive symptoms.
