Getting there Radboudumc

By bus

Several buses departing from Centraal Station Nijmegen (NS) stop at Radboudumc. The special ‘Heyendaalshuttle’ departs every four minutes during rush hours.

Stop Radboudumc

For the main entrance, west entrance and dentistry entrance, get off at stop Radboudumc. Bus routes 6, 9, 10, 83 and 300 travel between Nijmegen Centraal station and stop Radboudumc.

Stop Radboudumc east entrance

To get the Radboudumc's east entrance get off at Universiteit Oostzijde. Bus routes 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 300 travel between Nijmegen Centraal station and stop Universiteit Oostzijde.

By train

It is possible to travel with the all-stations train Nijmegen - Boxmeer/Venlo to NS train station Nijmegen Heyendaal. This station is located 10 minutes walk away from Radboudumc (East entrance).

Bicycle storage facilities

Radboudumc has several bicycle storage facilities. Both visitors and staff members may place their bicycles here.

• Main entrance (Geert Grooteplein Zuid 10)

• East entrance (Reinier Postlaan 4)
• Dentistry building (Philips van Leydenlaan 25) 

Routes and parking lots

All entrance roads into Nijmegen have clear signposting leading to the medical center. (Signs will say: Radboudumc hoofdingang, Radboudumc oost, Radboudumc west, Spoedeisende Hulp or Tandheelkunde.)

  In this garage there are 4 parking spaces with charging stations for electric cars available.

• Parking rates

  You can park your car free of charge for the first 30 minutes. Afterwards you pay per hour.

  Hourly rate: €2.30
  Daily rate: €11.50
  
  You can ask the resption in the main hall of the medical center for more information on parking and rates. For week  (€ 27.50) and month (€ 80.00) subscriptions you can go to the meldkamer, route 508.

Assistance and golf cart

Would you like assistance upon arrival at the hospital? Then please report to the front desk at the main entrance, T +31 (0)24 361 37 67. A host(ess) will pick you up and guide you to your appointment. This is possible Mondays through Fridays between 9.00 and 17.00 hrs. Hosts are volunteers, we can therefore not guarantee this service.

Golf cart

Is it difficult for you to walk long distances? Then you can travel with our golf cart. A volunteer will drive one to bring you as close to your destination at the hospital as possible. Mondays through Fridays from 8.00 to 17.00 hrs. Volunteers offer this service, which means that cannot guarantee this service.
