About Doroteya Staykova

She has a passion in the application of cutting-edge data analytics, utilising techniques such as artificial intelligence and topological data analysis together with high-performance computing technologies, to empower life science.

Within UMD project, she is collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams at Amsterdam, Utrecht and Radboud university medical centres to progress the development of a multi-omics data fusion platform, for integrative biomarker discovery that will provide a deeper understanding of metabolic diseases on multiple levels and get one step closer to personalized patients treatments.
