Geraline Leusink is Associate Professor Intellectual disabilities & Health and director of the Academic Collaborative "Sterker op eigen benen" (Stronger on your own feet) in which the Radboudumc collaborates with nine care provider services for people with ID. Geraline is a former GP and has research experience in primary and community care. Besides her medical education she studied epidemiology and successfully completed her MBA. Geraline holds various board positions and has a wide experience as director in the health care sector. As of May 2015 Geraline leads the research group and the academic collaborative. Her goal is to improve the health and health care for people with intellectual disabilities.
