Awarded KWF grants
for Radboudumc researchers

The Dutch Cancer Society (KWF) has awarded 25.5 million euros to 50 new research projects in 16 different institutes. 8 grants are awarded to Radboudumc researchers. We congratulate our researchers with this funding and wish them success with their great work.

In Theranostics, Mark Rijpkema and colleagues present the development of a novel multimodal tracer that targets both preoperative imaging, surgical guidance, and targeted photodynamic therapy of PSMA-expressing prostate cancer.

on long-term quality of life in ICU Patients

In Anesthesiology, Paul Rood, Marieke Zegers and Mark van den Boogaard described that prophylactic haloperidol use does not affect long-term quality of life in critically ill patients at high risk for delirium.
