Ambition and impact

We focus on head and neck diseases and strive to improve care and patient outcomes.

Our basic studies are aimed at detecting genes and associated proteins which are involved in hereditary hearing impairment, as well as unraveling the function of these proteins. Our clinical studies address ways of controlling head and neck diseases and assess the impact of treatment on the lives of patient. And our translational research projects help to bridge gaps between basic studies and clinical initiatives.
