On Saturday afternoon, March 23, around 3:30 p.m., a small fire occurred in a restroom near the main entrance of Radboudumc. Visitors in the vicinity of the main entrance were taken outside in the process. Due to the internal extinguishing system, the fire was quickly under control, which resulted in some water flooding. The fire department has released the area, but the smell of fire has not yet disappeared everywhere. Measures have been taken to that end. There have been no casualties. Also, no people were in danger and patients did not need to be evacuated.
