Joost Hoenderop invited for the Palace symposium

The Amsterdam Royal Palace Foundation organizes two annual symposia.

During these meetings world-renowed speakers discuss social issues and current themes. The meetings are held in the Royal Palace Amsterdam and hosted by H.M. the King Willem Alexander.
 
Joost Hoenderop spoke with a group of 120 guests in the presence of King Willem Alexander, Queen Maxima and Princess Beatrix. The symposium started with a keynote lecture by Prof. Londa Schiebinger from Standford University about ‘Gendered Innovation’. During dinner this topic was further discussed in which the members of the royal House were also interlocutors.
 
Next to Joost Hoenderop, Angela Maas and Toine Lagro Janssen were invited.
