The RIHS PhD council is launching a new service for RIHS PhD candidates! From now on, they will facilitate in creating peer review and consultation groups, also known as intervision. This can be very useful for reflecting on your work and your life and can be a continuation of the ‘Personal Leadership’ course taken during the RIHS PhD Introductions days.
It is recommended to create a group of 3 to 6 people, preferably from different departments, and meet once every 1-2 months for approximately 2 hours. During this time, you can reflect together on real-life situations (work related) that you are struggling with and want to find other ways to deal with them. The PhD council knows that creating a group with people from different departments is not easy and, therefore, they have started this new service. If you are a PhD candidate and are interested in being part of the intervision groups, please register here.
For questions please send an email to phdcouncilrihs@radboudumc.nl. When there are enough people to create a group, the PhD council will contact the members and send instructions for having the first meeting.
