Aims

  1. To understand the mechanisms driving progressive kidney disease, glomerulosclerosis, and nephron loss.
  2. To define molecular pathways involved in nephron injury and repair.
  3. To identify novel biomarkers for diagnosis, prognosis, and therapeutic targeting.
  4. To model kidney disease using advanced culture systems, including human kidney organoids, to enable translational discovery.
