About
We develop and apply mathematical models describing clinical pharmacology processes to interpret clinical trial data, perform clinical trial simulations, support drug development decisions, and optimize therapy in the clinic.
Aims
It is our ambition to:
- maximize impact of research by making optimal use of preclinical information and longitudinal clinical data through model-based analyses.
- facilitate use of advanced pharmacometric methodology in clinical care.
- support other research groups with population pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic data analysis and physiologically based mechanistic modeling.
- be a center of excellence in pharmacometrics and to train the next generation of researchers.
