Aims

  • To maximize impact of research by making optimal use of preclinical information and longitudinal clinical data through model-based analyses.
  • To facilitate use of advanced pharmacometric methodology in clinical care.
  • To support other research groups with population pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic data analysis and physiologically based mechanistic modeling.
  • To be a center of excellence in pharmacometrics and to train the next generation of researchers.
