We are dedicated to innovate the research field of neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g. ADHD and autism) by generating knowledge about strengths, positive aspects and resilience associated with these conditions.

Aims
- We aim to identify strengths and positive aspects associated with neurodevelopmental conditions.
- We aim to provide a 360 degree perspective (lived experiences, other-report, context) on strenghts in neurodevelopmental conditions.
- We strive for producing high quality research by co-creating with our target group.
- We investigate how the concept of neurodiversity can be incorporated in mental health care .
Achievements

We founded the Radboudumc neurodiversity employee network 'SUNNI', where we strive to educate people about neurodiversity, facilitate peer-support and try to optimize working conditions for neurodiverse employees.

We co-founded the 'ADHD science platform', a national network of clinicians, people with lived experiences and scientist who work together to create a national ADHD science agenda.

We created the ADHD escape room, a fun way to learn more about ADHD.
