- Enrich biobanks and registries
- Standardization of imaging biomarkers
- Develop muscle-on-a-chip technology
- Comparative preclinical evaluation of therapeutic approaches
- Identify molecular pathways underlying disease heterogeneity and drug targets
- Engage pediatric and adult patients in definition of most relevant, robust and sensitive outcome measures
- Model natural history to predict disease progression and use as base line in trials
- Design and execute platform trials
- Optimize 'zorgpaden' and allied health care
