Goals

  • To operationalize, validate and evaluate patients’ and caregivers’ values and value-based networked care in people with complex health needs and their caregivers in their personal context (including social and cultural diversity). 
  • To improve personalized healthcare through shared decision-making and prediction models. 
  • To apply and extend state-of-the-art research designs and methodologies for evaluating value-based networked care for people with complex health needs 
  • To develop, evaluate, implement and sustain person-centered care pathways for people with complex health needs, based on patients’ and caregivers’ resilience and values, including attention to interprofessional collaboration and job satisfaction.
