For the transfer of biomaterial and/or data to an external partner a material and data transfer agreement (MTA/DTA) must be used.
The Radboud Biobank has made a MTA/DTA (view/download document) in close collaboration with the Department of Valorization. This document has been updated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) that has been valid since 25 May 2018. The MTA/DTA defines the rights of the provider (Stichting Katholieke Universiteit, more particularly the Radboudumc) and the recipient with respect to the biomaterial, data and any derivatives.
