The board of Stichting Katholieke Universiteit (SKU), the supervisory body of Radboud University and Radboud university medical center, has appointed four new board members as of 17 October 2020.
Mr Wim A. van der Meeren, former president of the Executive Board of CZ, has been appointed as the president.
Prof. Dymph C. van den Boom, Rector Magnificus emeritus of the University of Amsterdam, will fill a long-standing vacancy in Education & Research.
Prof. Valerie A.J Frissen, SIDN-fonds director and professor of Digital Technologies & Social Change by special appointment at Leiden University, will manage the Innovation, Valorisation & Digitisation portfolio.
Ms Frederieke Leeflang, managing partner at Deloitte Legal, will manage the Legal Domain & Governance portfolio.
These four new members will form the board of SKU together with the current members Prof. Hans C. Stoof, Paul A. Morshuis RC, and Prof. Carina G.J.M. Hilders.
Three board members whose term in office has expired will step down from the same date. They are Lilian Y. Gonçalves-Ho Kang You, Maria L. Henneman, and Loek M.L.H.A. Hermans.
