You all have received or will receive an email about the questionnaire related to the workload of PhD candidates. We strongly encourage everyone to fill it out as we are fully dependent on your cooperation, so please take some time to fill in the questionnaire.
As members of the PhD council, we aim to address issues of PhD candidates. In recent years, we have received signals that some PhD candidates are experiencing a heavy workload. Before taking action, we aim to gather opinions of all PhD candidates regarding their workload at the Radboudumc. We kindly ask you to take few minutes to complete a short questionnaire accessible via the link below. The questionnaire includes questions about your workload experiences and should take approximately 3 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain anonymous. To identify in which departments PhDs experience heavy workload we kindly ask you to provide the name of your department. With this way, we can take measurable action for identified departments. If you don’t want to answer this question, you can leave it open. Your cooperation and experiences are essential for us to address issues of you and your fellow PhD candidates, so we hope we can count on your help. Thank you in advance for your participation.
