Goals

  • To enhance and optimize (disease-specific) lifestyle interventions by utilizing and integrating innovative methodology, data-driven insights, and behavioral science. 
  • To integrate scientifically valid, evidence-based generic, as well as disease-specific lifestyle-focused prevention into routine care by connecting the patient’s living environment with healthcare, fostering collaboration and optimizing the role of care and social professionals. 
  • To empower individuals and communities through accessible, acceptable, personalized, and effective lifestyle interventions that align with their needs, values and abilities by means of citizen science. 
  • To ensure equal access to these interventions for persons of low socio-economic status and/ or a non-Western demographic background.
