The Radboud Biobank not only manages issuances and projects for Radboudumc but also provides external services. The Radboud Biobank invoices the external organization for these services. In the context of new Radboudumc regulations, we are required to apply a 20% surcharge to the total costs excluding 21% VAT on these invoices. VAT will be added later. This surcharge does not apply to the internally provided services.
