Baculovirus-mediated overexpression of transporter proteins in a vesicle system or whole cells
Human forearm model of ischemia-reperfusion injury to study the effect of drugs on the vascular system. This can be combined with the use of  radioactively-labeled annexin A5 and scintigraphy.
