I am an associate professor at IQ Health and leader of a research group on Affordability and Accessibility of Care. My research focuses on the modeling of health and health care costs over the lifecycle, the fiscal sustainability of health care spending, long-term care, prevention, and socioeconomic inequalities in health and health care use. I am the chair of the Dutch-Flemish Health Economics Association (VGE)
