Information about applying for an internship in the Master’s programme in Medicine and the corresponding form(s) for Osiris case can be found here.

Application internship master medicine Osiris case
Use the internship application form (docx-file) for the Master's program in Medicine for your internship proposal. Also fill out the general internship information. Do not create your own template (otherwise your application will be returned unread).
Please note: For the specific requirements for a systematic review or a scoping review, see Chapter 5 of the ‘Manual internship’. For this type of research, also include a Prospero checklist, completed as fully as possible, with the research proposal.

Make sure you choose the correct start date for your internship! The start date of your internship is two weeks after the start of CK09 (or later in the case of a ‘keuzecoschap’, for example). The end date of the internship is the date after these two CKO9 weeks plus 12 weeks (standard internship duration). This is a total of 14 weeks after the start of CK09. See Example below.

What to do in case of a postponed approval?
If your internship proposal isn't approved immediately, you'll need to make the necessary adjustments in the Word file using track changes.
Upload the revised version within the in same case Osiris Case (don’t start a new case!) In case this went wrong, please ask your supervisor to mark it as "Not OK return" in Osiris.
You can find the research internship committee's comments on what needs to be improved in several places (see this image for both brief and detailed comments). The easiest way is to go to "Document & Forms’ and then click "Second control."
